Return Policy

Except for very unusual situations refunds will not be made. If a return is accepted you will need to pay the return postage with insurance coverage. When you receive your merchandise please check the item to ensure that it is not damaged in shipping. Each item is carefully and skillfully wrapped to insure damage free shipping. You will have ten days to notify Earth’s Elemental Stones of any problem you may have, hopefully it can easily be rectified. Lost Package Policy

Earth’s Elemental Stones is not responsible for your order after it is scanned in at the Post Office or the UPS Store. Please know that we do our utmost to carefully and correctly standardize mailing on our end. I print your label for shipping directly from your order. I have hand delivered each and every order to the mailing facilities, watching as they process your package. I see the same tracking information that you see, and cannot be responsible for delivery after that point. However, I’ m always happy to provide order information to you so you can file a claim with the insurance carrier. Email me at V@earthselementalstones.com. Remember if your tracking says delivered and you are stating that you did not receive your order, the insurance will not cover your order. You’ll need to speak with the USPS Postal Service, or UPS. Nothing I can do on my end. We print labels and ship to the address you have provided during checkout. Please triple check the mailing address when ordering and make sure the address it is being mailed to is as safe and secure as possible.
